So whether you have foot, ankle, leg, knee or back pain we are able to tailor the best treatment plan for you and your lifestyle.

Our services include:
Biomechanical analysis and treatment
Biomechanics is the study of human movement. It looks at how muscles, joints and limbs move in relation to each other and how one part of the body can have an effect on another part of the body. Poor foot posture and poor general posture are generally the result of abnormal biomechanics.
Assessment procedures we can identify abnormalities and joint alignment problems in the feet, knees and hips. Depending on your condition, you will be examined standing and walking/running, muscle testing will be performed, joint range of movement will be assessed and your footwear will be reviewed. This biomechanical evaluation will enable us to determine the best treatment plan for you, your lifestyle and the condition being treated.
Treatment is aimed at reaching correct use of the body’s major joints and structures to create an optimal biomechanical alignment and ideal function of your body.
Treatment may include exercises, footwear advice, strapping and taping, lifestyle or training modification, prescription of customised or pre-made orthotic devices, joint mobilisation, dry needling and if required - referral on to another medical professional if the problem is deemed beyond our scope.
